Spacious room, convenient location, with a great breakfast variety and friendly staff, as I enjoyed the excellent service provided by the attentive team who helped me book my ferry ride and printed my tickets, and the hotel is just a short walk from the central railway station.

Had two adjoining rooms which were super spacious for my teens. Staff helped us find a taxi right away when we needed it after a long day of exploring.

The only downside was the minor issue of my room facing an inner courtyard, resulting in a somewhat darker atmosphere.

While the reception was advertised as 24-hours, we faced a mini hiccup with locked doors upon our late arrival. Also, we couldn't stash our bags after checkout because there didn't seem to be staff at the desk—just a small bump in an otherwise shiny stay.

Staying here with friends was awesome! We were just a short walk to the Forum shopping mall and took a 10-minute tram ride to the indoor and outdoor markets by the harbour. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions and the amenities are great, including a free sauna and a gym. Definitely a recommended spot for travelers!

The only downside was that I found the breakfast a bit lacking in quality. It had a lot of variety, but some items like the eggs and bacon were not up to par.

Our five-night stay was fantastic! The room, although a bit snug, had everything we needed. The bath was a cozy relief after long days exploring. Don’t miss the delicious breakfast—be sure to arrive hungry. Also, the female-only sauna is a must for warming up!

The Holiday Inn Helsinki City Centre, An Ihg Hotel features spacious rooms with modern décor, making it easy for seniors to navigate. The location is superb, right next to public transportation and walking distance to many attractions.

Improved entrance directions for late arrivals would help.
